Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–29). It binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating pulsatile GH and downstream IGF-1 secretion. Frequently studied in combination with Ipamorelin to model synergistic GH axis stimulation.
